Scholarship 厙ぴ勛圖 began in 1994 as “Scientific 厙ぴ勛圖,” a half-day poster session held at the end of the spring semester. In its early years, approximately 40 posters affiliated with the sciences were on display. Since that time, this event has grown and expanded to include all departments on campus and features oral presentations, performances, and research posters. It is now a "" on our campus.
Scholarship 厙ぴ勛圖 2026 will be held on Friday, April 24, with oral presentations and performances throughout the day and a poster session from 3:00-5:00pm, catered by Mountain Top Restaurant and Catering. The McCrady Lecture will be given by Dr. Deborah Lawrence, Chief Scientist at Calyx Global, a carbon credit rating agency. Her talk will be titled "Who cares about deforestation?” She will discuss the science of forests and climate and how science can help us tackle climate change.
